The Gabriels Story

The inception of Gabriels Tiles and Installation is a tale of unity. The company was recently created by bringing together a tile family under a single banner. Originally, there was Anthony Stone & Tile spearheaded by Ashraf Gabriel. This was a tile wholesaler premised on selling commercial-grade tiles focused on large scale operations. Adel Ibrahim (brother of Ashraf) owned a separate tile business purely focused on domestic household installations called Mina Tiles.

Both Families decided to come together under the family name and combine their leadership experience exceeding more than 30 years of knowledge.

We specialise in creating stunning tiled surfaces that are achieved with a strong dedication to the finest workmanship possible. Gabriels Tile and Installations offer comprehensive solutions for all facets of indoor and outdoor tiling projects. Our efficient professional installation team provide a quality service without compromise on quality and finish. Our expert tradesmen have experience in all facets including pools, spas, both indoor and outdoor walkways, bathrooms and wet areas, kitchens and commercial prep areas and all other facets of both domestic and commercial tile installation.

Our team of experienced, friendly tilers offer an enthusiastic service, delivering a quality finish for all of our clients both in domestic and commercial applications. We have a wealth of industry knowledge gained over 20 years trading in the South East Queensland tile market installing various projects. We are the tilers Queensland trust for expert professional work every time.

Ashraf Gabrial Ibrahim

Commercial Manager & stakeholder

Ashraf’s main focus is on the commercial side of the business to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating new contracts and adapting to versatile conditions of the corporate tile industry. He oversees and directs contractors, staff, suppliers and carriers to ensure timely results.

Raymond Gabrial Ibrahim

Director

Raymond coordinates and manages all business operations to achieve company goals. His main role is oversight of all management activities and to develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.

Adel Gabrial Ibrahim

Chief Financial Officer

Adel plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. He maintains high store standards and conditions to foster a positive environment.

John Drake

Head Project Manager

John is head of operations developing and managing complex capital projects. He defines project scope and identifies contract deliverables required to achieve targeted outcomes. He assembles project teams, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate the successful completion of the project goals.

Bahae Masmoudi

Business Owner

As the business owner, Bahe has major oversight within the company. She provides key strategies to maximise Gabriel’s tiles and Installations potential. Managing risk is one of her most important functions as well as making interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining decorative items, such as colours, lighting, and materials in relation to tile presentation.
